Elizabeth Asante Quaicoe is the Broker of Record at Asante Realty Group. She found her love for the real estate business while looking to purchase her first home in Union, NJ in 1999.  The search for her first home led to her finding her niche in business, and the rest is history.

She obtained her Real Estate license in 2002 and started working part time, quickly finding success at the beginning of her career just selling homes to family and friends. Her quick success motivated her to  devote all of her skills and energy into her real estate career. Elizabeth adopted the slogan “No one works harder, no one cares more,” and she has proven it true every single year on the job.

“Real estate is not just a job for Liz. it’s a passion,” explains her husband, Alfred Quaicoe.

In 2008, another of Liz’s dreams came true when she met the requirements and obtained the licensure to become a Broker Associate while working with Century 21 Pogo Realtors. Since then Liz has become recognized as one of the best agent’s in the the North Jersey area

“Real estate and writing have been perfect companions for me, as one gives me the excitement and people contact, I love, not to mention the rewards of helping my clients make their dreams come true, while the other indulges my creative side,” she explains.  over. “Real estate is in my blood,” Liz says. “I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.”

In 2022 after several years of continuing her work as a top producing agent in New Jersey, she was met with the opportunity to open her own firm and Liz could not pass up the opportunity.

Liz has lived by the saying “Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life.

Liz adds. “In addition, I educate my clients about the latest sales trends and prices in their area. I want to find that perfect home for my buyers or determine and attain the best sales price for my sellers.”

Because of her honesty, caring, and dedication, Liz has consistently been one of the top producers not just in her firm, but in Northwest New Jersey.
